Dr. Carrie Awadzi is a business educator, researcher, and leadership professional whose work focuses on management, organizational change, human resource development, and student-centered learning. As a faculty member in Delaware State University’s College of Business, she teaches courses in management, organizational behavior, and human resource management while helping students build practical skills for today’s evolving workplace.

Her research and professional contributions include work in leadership, workplace learning, entrepreneurship, and gamification.
